This is a well-designed bike. Not partially assembled, everything except for the derailler had to be assembled. The Shimano derailler would not shift properly, and seat stem was loose and had to be shimmed. All issues were resolved by a local bike shop for a nominal fee. Very happy with this bike!

For recreation and exercise,when we got the bike seat was ripped so we put black gorilla tape on it seems to work

Very cute and sturdy bike. It was a pain in the butt to put together. Instructions are general and not necessary for this trike. You will need to buy a longer chain as the one provided was too short. There are also some manufacturing defects with the paint. My daughter’s bike was missing paint from paint that had bubbled and peeled in several places. Overall we’re satisfied. My Daughter is 8 and she can still grow some into this bike.

On 10/17 I reviewed this product unfavorably. While the review of the bike remains the same (defective), the seller did come through for me and refunded me the money I paid for the cost of the bike. The seller does try hard to work with its customers and meet their needs.

The bike was not well balanced when riding.It appeared to want to turn over on curves.I prefer my two Schwinn adult tricycle bikes.

It’s expensive and I had to pay 135 dollars to have it assembled.
