High Quality Leather Horizontal Large Size Pouch Protective Carrying Cell Phone Case with Belt Clip and Belt Loops - Brown

I ordered this product( Iphone Case) because it was shown on the website as being a Light Tan Colour and also described as such. As Light Tan was the colour I needed I ordered but but when it arrived it was a very Dark Tan colour ( almost black)and not as described or shown in the website photo.As it was too much hassle to pack it up again and return the product I opened the package and kept the items but I wrote back to the company complaining about the colour. They did offer me a refund if I sent the items back but did not say whether or not they had it in the Light Tan as described.I wrote back to them saying I was reluctantly taking the items even though they were the wrong colour because it was just too much hassle to repack them up and return them.I did however ask them if they did or did not have the item in Light Tan but received no reply to this.Looking at their website again I see they still show the Phone Case as being a Light Tan in colour and as this seems misleading to me i must give them just 2 * as a result of my experience.I have already explained this in an email to the company but have not received either an acknowledgement or reply which I consider poor Customer Relations. i hope this makes the issue clear to you and I do hope at this stage that they either provide a Light Tan Product as described or change their advertisement.

Flexible pouch.

I originally bought this because it is large enough to hold an I-Phone in an otterbox. The case might be good for less active people but it came apart quickly in daily use.Material ripped around belt clip.

looks very good but it's just not for iphone 4S...it's just too big for it, otherwise i would have not returned it. the return process was very nice too...thanks.

What I asked for and rec'd were two different things..I wanted what was pictured but rec'd a much darker one.

I received this item and it is not leather, it is vinyl. The part that looks like webbing is just textured plastic.

never used the product just find the way they have it advertise is pretty stupid.. I cant buy it cause I have a 64 gb iphone.
