Feel good when taking these. I don't suffer from hot flashes so can't comment but my nails are nice and strong. Splits in my nails went and returned when i stopped. So ordered some more. Nice strong nails again and feel a bit more energetic

Out of the typical ingredients I usually see for menopause supplements there's only Riboflavin and Evening Primrose oil in these, would have liked to see Sage and some others to consider this a menopause supplement rather than a multivitamin.Aside from that, the vitamin and mineral profile is really good but you should take Vitamin K2 alongside this for the D3 and Calcium in these tablets to carry their functions.With taking these, a reduction in hot flashes and night sweats could be noticed.

Its really hard to provide an honest review over such a short period of time, is it the ingredients, or simply a placebo effect, but the wife does state that she feel she has more energy in the morning, and as a very active gym and swim enthusiast, this is kind of backed up by her daily stamina and speed results.I have to be honest, she did give out. little expletive when she saw the size of each pill, na compared to others that she has taken, they do seem a little on the excessive size.The package we received had a 7 months shelf life, more than ample as each box is one months supply.So placebo or actual, anything that helps the wife feel more like herself is an absolute win in our minds.The wife likes them, so easily 5 stars.

They're not too hard to swallow but the coating has an unpleasant aftertaste, so I do prefer to wash them down with orange juice rather than water or tea. I've been taking one a day and I've found these vitamins to be a good supplement to my diet so far.

These are a pretty comprehensive multivitamin. I'm not much of a fan of the blister packs as it seems like a waste of plastic, but it does make them really easy to transport and they stay fresh for longer.The pills are pretty massive, but they are nice and smooth so aren't hard to swallow. They don't taste horrible, just like any multivitamin really.

The box arrived quite bashed but the tablets inside were okay. I like the fact that these are specifically formulated for perimenopause and menopause. My main concerns are energy levels and hair and nails so I am hopeful these will make a difference.The tablet is fairly big but I find it easy to take. Haven't had any side effects - the iron is 57% of RDA (or NRV as it's called now) so it's not too strong or hard on my stomach like some other iron I've taken in the past.
