may leak during shipping
I have never used this product before, but it was highly reviewed on EWG.org (Environmental Working Group) as a cleaner that both is effective and has ingredients safe to use around children. I haven't used the product yet.However the box of four one-gallon bottles was delivered on its side, and the cardboard box was soggy and leaking when I brought it in from the front porch a few minutes later. Some product was lost to leakage (see photos). Apparently these individual bottles do not come with a safety seal underneath the cap, and the shipping didn't take this into account. The box was not labeled "this way up" in writing although the this-way-up arrows icon is visible in the first photo (the box was not left on the doorstep that way up). Caveat emptor.
