I was really unsure what size to order since I’m between a size 6-8. I ordered a size medium and they looked huge when I got them, but fit perfectly. They are a little stretchy, and super comfortable. The mesh on the sides are great quality that appears durable and lasting without ripping. I wore these on a heavy flow night sleeping on my stomach, back and sides with zero issues. My white sheets were still very white in the morning. The underwear absorbed a night of heavy flow and didn’t seem any bigger by the morning or show any visible signs that I had bled in them. They are very slim and extremely movable, great for wearing under clothes. I plan on buying more!

Love em, it’s what I need for my heavy flow days. They hold a lot and hold my belly in… the extra pressure and support feels great on cramps.

Love these so much! I’m fairly petite and the medium is a little too tight. I would size up. It’s a little pricy, but I love them. I wish they came in a pack of 2 or 3.

I love Thinx love their mission. Love that I can not wear tampons or cup the first and last days of my period and love the security in between. As a teacher, being able to feel mentally and physically comfortable on my heaviest days (while wearing a cup and having these as support) is … everything . 💜💜💜

I like that they are high waisted, work effectively, and comfortable. If you’re torn between 2 sizes, choose the larger. I’m 5’2 and 130 lbs and wear medium. These are fitted but you wouldn’t want them to be loose and moving around if you’re on your period. I prefer to wear them at night but can be worn anytime.

I bought these to wear overnight and they worked great! No leaking or odor whatsoever. Super comfortable, even with a snug fit. Love the high waist and sheer panels! They look just like regular, stylish panties. I machine washed & air dried - so far no fraying! Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately this pair of undies just doesn't work for a heavier flow. I don't use tampons since they are grose so I guess 2 regular tampons just doesn't work if you have a heavy period??? lol. I soaked through them in a few minutes when I wore them as a test on a heavy day.Maybe they make different options for a heavier day but there didn't seem to be an option to buy a different absorbency on amazon.Also, I wear a size 10 and have large hips, the medium fits like an 8, kind of tight, so I would say order the next size up.At least I can use these for the end of my period on the lightest days so there's that.

I love the high waisted THINX - have three pairs now. They’re very comfortable and because they sit on your natural waist, I can wear them even when my lower abdomen is bloated or feeling crampy.
