Works for elderly moms!
My mother doesn’t like to take medication. She has suffered with low back pain for years but has always refused to take anything for it. Somehow, I managed to get her to try this, a children’s medicine because it was a liquid made with only natural flavors and without dyes. It worked! She takes a 10 ml dose before any activities like a lot of sitting or standing and it takes her pain away! Thanks Genexa

Works great and tastes good too
This stuff is the best! My son loves the flavor and it seems to really help him and work fast. I love knowing we are giving him pain relief but without all of the bad ingredients. Also very affordable.

I don’t like giving my kids Tylenol especially with any artificial dyes. But if I absolutely need to -this is nice to have acetaminophen that’s on the cleaner side. Both my toddlers take this no problem. My oldest says it tastes good for medicine

Love the Ingredients
As a parent, I love that Genexa Pain & Fever has clean ingredients without all the unnecessary fillers. We switched from other brands after realizing what was really in them, and Genexa works just as well to reduce fever and pain—without the junk.This is a must have in our medicine cabinet. Highly recommend for parents wanting a cleaner choice!

Expiration date
Excellent product HOWEVER I Just bought IT AGAIN and the expiration date is 09/25. Why is this medication even being sold with a sooner expiration date. It should be mentioned!! And now I cannot return.

No artificial colors, good clean alternative for pain relief.
Love how clean the ingredients are, no artificial colors, works wonders for pain relief and fever, I was a little bit hesitant thinking it was not going to act fast, but I was surprisingly impressed by how well it worked out. I bought it for my six years old.
