After trying a couple of others I finally googled what professionals recommend. Comparing the ingredients and cost I hit upon this brand. I could tell in a matter of 3 days the improvement of my gut issues. An additional plus is that you can take it with or without food. I highly recommend.

This is the best ever! I love this product. I noticed a difference day one after taking this probiotic! I have used many probiotics in the past but this is the first one that I actually noticed a difference. I have been using this probiotic for almost 30 days now and each day that goes by I can tell a difference in my body. This is by far the best and I will be reordering this product and continue to use it.

Have taken raw probiotics for several years and the prior product I took costs about twice as much. This product is just as effective in aiding my digestive system.

So just a bit of background about myself. I have ulcerative colitis and my gastroenterologist recommends I take probiotics and switch brands every couple of months. I have done so and have written a few reviews on other brands of probiotic. The reason I'm telling you this is to give some context to my review to show that I'm not someone who is just trying probiotics for the first time. It helps me then shorten my review so that I don't have to go on and on about the details of why I say what I say.The Vitalitown probiotics aren't unlike many other brands in that they're white capsules about the width of a U.S. nickel. They are veggie capsules. I tend to have slight problems swallowing probiotic capsules because the capsules are a little large and the surface tends to "stick". Unfortunately, that's pretty much how all probiotics I've tried go.The Vitalitown probiotics suggest refrigeration but doesn't say it is required. They do have the certain strains I look for (in this case, mainly L. Rhamnosus). There are 60 capsules and the bottle says take two per day so it's a one month supply.I don't think I will order this brand again. I have no side effects from the probiotics, but I just think the Vitalitown ones aren't as effective for me. I'm almost finished with my supply and the one thing I've noticed is that more often than not, I feel either bloated or gassy or both since switching to this brand. To be clear, I do not think this is caused by the Vitalitown probiotics. Rather, I think the other brands of probiotics I used resolved the issue. Nothing has changed in my diet, activity, or medications otherwise.I think the Vitalitown probiotics are just ok. They still prevent/resolve other issues I have when I'm not taking probiotics. However, they don't handle bloating and gas like my other probiotics do. Other people may have better results so for the price, it may be worth a try.

I’m someone who has been taking probiotics for 15+ years, starting with basic 2-3 billion CFU then upped the number over the years as I got older (gotta love getting older LOL). Then things changed about 11 years ago after I had an emergency gall bladder removal surgery. I knew certain ingredients would be harder to digest after that. Over the years of trying different unknown and popular brands and testing the various # billion CFU then seeing/feeling how my body reacted, this has definitely been the one on top for feeling great. For the price + 120 billion CFU, I was skeptical. But it has become my favorite and I’ve been taking this for a year now. I don’t feel bloated and keeps me regular. My husband even loves this for the ease of his digestion. I truly believe health begins with the gut and this has been great with getting of the things your body doesn’t need. Value for the price, no refrigeration necessary, and that fact that it works for us is why we are subscribers.
