Lab work showed I needed to increase my vitamin B and D levels, so I wanted to find something that included both together. This includes both in each gummy. It tasted good and is easy to swallow because it doesn’t stick to my teeth. This is something that I will definitely be buying again.

We use it on a daily basis at our house. The flavor is good as well.

My regular D3 I was using was out of stock so I purchased this one to replace it and so happy I did. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and the added B12 has given me a very noticeable energy and mood boost. Also they taste great and don't clump together like some gummies can. I will continue to purchase these.

Easy to chew. Tastes good. Can eat it with or without food.

Tastes good and don't seem to stick together in the bottle. As to how well they work.... will have to wait till my next B12 bloodwork. I tried another brand for a couple of months, which did nothing for my B12 levels.... so, we will see about this one.
