Much better than the orange flavor
I believe that Celebrate makes the most comprehensive multi vitamin for post bariatric patients available. The first bottle I ordered was the orange flavored and it was very tangy tasting to me. This "Forest Berry" flavor is not tangy or sour at all. IMHO it actually tastes good. As these are with a good dose of iron be sure and take extra Vitamin C with it and make sure you wait at least four hours before taking your calcium supplement. The sam is true in reverse; if you take your calcium supplement then wait four hours before takine the multi-vitamin with iron.Stay away from OptiSource bariatric line of vitamins, even though they're offered in the Subscribe and Save program. I've done a lot of research and they don't give the post bariatric surgery patient adequate supplementation by any means.I recommend this product

Great flavor and I remember to take them since they are chewable I can do it anywhere. My vitamin levels have been great since I have been on these. I am 12 years post gastric and have kept 90% of my weight I lost off. Remembering to take my vitamins has always been hard for me and I need ones that were made for post gastric patients since I have mal absorption issues I need higher dosage of vitamins and iron. Highly recommend them

Good vitamin nutritionally, horrible taste
I bought these for after WLS. The first time I had one, I thought it wasn't that bad. But after a week, I could not stand the taste anymore. The forest berry is sickeningly sweet, then after it starts to dissolve in your mouth it turns very very sour. And the texture reminds me of a pumis stone. After about a month I had to throw them out because the thought of taking another one made me ill. And I rarely throw stuff that isn't expired out like that. I started taking softgel multivitamins and haven't looked back.

Tasty and do the job!
I have a gastric sleeve and use this multi w/ iron. The dosage is 2 tabs daily. They are quite large but taste pretty good. I use this along with additional vitamin B, vitamin D and calcium supplements. So far, all of my bloodwork has come back normal and I feel great! My only wish is that they we available on Subscribe and Save.

tastes like chalk. I did not keep these
huge pills, tastes like chalk. I did not keep these, I found a gummy-like tablet and threw these out.

Best tasting chewable out there!!
Tastes great...not tart or real sour. Has everything I need for RNY surgery and actually I only need to take one to cover needs. The berry flavor is the best. I have tried lots of other chewables and by far this is the best. The company does give samples but the downside is you have ti pay for them.

Good Value but could Improve
I bought this as a multi vitamin since my iron and B levels were lower than normal my last blood test. I wanted a chewable tablet since I have a hard time swallowing massive pills. Here is the good and bad experiences I've had with this product:The Good:1. About an hour after I take this product, I feel energized and good. Whether that's a subconscious placebo effect is questionable.2. Each tablet packs a punch. I take half the recommended dose because taking 200-1800% of your recommended daily dosage seems absurd to me. So this bottle will last me twice as long. In other words, it's a good investment.Middle of the road:The taste. I've yet to find a chewable tablet that is of decent taste. So for me, the taste comes in subpar. Not enough to make me gag, but not enough to make me happily take it.The Bad:1. My biggest issue is the stomach upset. For about 10 minutes after I chew it, starting as soon as it hits my stomach, I feel like I'm going to puke. I don't know if it's something in it or the overwhelming amount of vitamin and minerals, but my stomach doesn't like it. I make sure to eat with it, but I still experience the same issue.2. The size. It's quite large for a multi vitamin. Picture the size of about 5-6 quarters stacked on top of each other. Might not be an issue for some people, but I'm of a petite build, so my mouth is inherently smaller. Perhaps halving the size and taking two smaller pills per dose would be better?Bottom line:Would I buy them again? Possibly. I am going to try a couple other brands and see how they compare first.

Amazing vitamin. Horrible taste if you have to open them
These are an excellent multi vitamin. However I purchased these right before surgery and thought they were chewable. I have to open the capsuls and they taste horrible! Do not get these ones until you can digest capsuls. Amazing product. Horrible taste.
