Let me tell you — the Badger 5XP isn’t just a garbage disposal, it’s a kitchen beast. This thing has some serious shoulders on it. Toss in food scraps, veggie peels, or the mystery leftovers from the back of the fridge… and boom — gone. No hesitation. No mercy.But a word of caution: do not (I repeat, DO NOT) drop anything important down this thing. If your wedding ring or grandma’s antique spoon takes a dive… it’s toast. This Badger doesn’t negotiate.Installation was straightforward, and the 3/4 HP motor chews through everything like it's in a competitive eating contest. It’s loud, proud, and built like it lifts weights in the off-season.Highly recommend — just keep your valuables far, far away from the drain.
