Debut is the second studio album by Icelandic singer-songwriter Björk. The album was released in July 1993 on One Little Indian in the United Kingdom and Elektra Records in the United States. Björk worked on the album with producer Nellee Hooper who co-wrote five of Debut's songs with her. The album mostly consists of love songs relating to subjects such as her boyfriend Dominic Thrupp, her producer Nellee Hooper and to love of life itself. Musically, the songs on this album took a different direction from her previous albums with her former band the Sugarcubes, with the backing music ranging from house, jazz and trip hop styles. In celebration of Björk's mid-career retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the release of the Björk: Archives book, One Little Indian is reissuing the Björk vinyl back catalogue, and for an exclusive period the vinyl will be coloured to the hue that personifies that album character

Multicolored Björk!!!
The colored vinyl series of Björk's albums are just amazing. Very careful pressing, incredible reproduction of the old artwork (with the exception of Volta), and great remasters with great sound. I just listened to all and was very exciting to see those beautiful colored vinyls making circles, while listening her great and beautiful music, as well as her progress and changes during the past 22 years.

Puncture in album cover
The album Debut by Bjork came with a puncture in the album cover. I am displaying a bunch of vinyl so this was very irritating to find.

Básico en la audioteca
Imperdible en tu colección de vinyles sobretodo por la edición del disco de color oro, es el LP que más me gusta de Bjork, me hubiese gustado que fuera de 180gr pero de todas formas el sonido es impecable, muy recomendable.
