This comb is amazing. One solid piece of sandalwood, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is exceptional, the weight and feeling in your hand, smooth. No splintering, or rough spots, and the wood is lightly aromatic, and almost seems therapeutic when combing it through your beard or hair as the floral scents waft about you. Would've been great if included tips on how to keep to clean / conditioned, but tips are easily available upon searching the web. All-in-all great buy.

I know it's a beard comb, but I used it for my hair.I have fine straight hair and this comb works well for that hair type in addition to not having the spikey 'rat tail' that made me worry about airport security.Unfortunately, comb apparently cannot survive an absent minded owner stepping on it in boots. Until that extreme, it stood up to a lot of abuse.

I ordered several different sandalwood combs as stocking stuffers for my three sons and my husband, as well as to give as gifts (beard combs) to my bearded uncles. Of course I smelled them all before wrapping them and I cannot say how much I love the subtle scent of the sandalwood these combs are made of!

"This is a great gift for the winter months when men grow out their beards to access lengths." It's definitely a good stocking stuffer..

An excellent wooden comb. It's thick but too not heavy, smells very nice, doesn't pull or rip my hair, and it causes no static. I like the way it feels in my hand, too. Would definitely buy this again.

The comb teeth are crooked .. Pay attention when you purchase

Nicely made, doesn't pull or snag so far. I bought this because I read that wooden combs prevent static and possible dandruff. Haven't seen too much relief from that. Over pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a new comb for your heard or beard too!

This eGroo Hair Comb is absolutely perfect for getting through tough-to-comb beards. It has helped me easily, and comfortably de-tangle the rats nest my beard becomes when I wake up in the morning. The comb has a great weight to it, so it just pulls right through the hair using gravity (but not so heavy it's cumbersome). The spacing between the teeth, while considered "fine", isn't as fine as I thought it would be, which is a plus! When it's too fine, it just gets stuck, and that's no bueno; though if I try hard enough I can get it to stick in my heard due to it's thickness. Because of the weight and material, it really does massage the skin beneath it, which feels great on my face and neck. I tried it on my head and it made my scalp all tingly! It's extremely comfortable to hold and I found myself just combing my beard for at least a half hour while watching netflix (what a life I live!). The sandalwood smells like...well...sandalwood. Kind of like how a hippie headshop smells, or the room I wasn't allowed to go into when I was a kid (now I know, parents!).The attached picture shows the size of the comb; the banana is for scale.In conclusion, I really do like this comb and it will certainly be a staple in my grooming arsenal.Please note I received this eGroo Hair Comb at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest review.
