Better then expected

I'm putting together a Cheetara Circa 1985 Costume for a UK size 4 model.You'll find both of the items featured in the picture on my purchase history and this identical review submitted for both, as i would not have bought either without the other.The Patch:The one i received does not have a black border, but is instead the same red as the rest of the logo, Well embroidered, and quickly delivered. size wise it should be ideal for affixing to a US size 0 or UK size 4 leotard just below the centre bust, as depicted on the action figure, but not at the point where the neckline meets the centre bust, as depicted in the original series.The Leotard:For authenticity, while the patch may be a little large for a model those proportions, it remains to be seen if the leotard is even big enough for the model; as the official listing for the size below a UK 6 of the leotard size is not UK size 4 but 12-13yrs. I have previously dated a slim girl who is 5 foot 2 and some of her clothing ware purchased in large children's sizes, hopefully the same thing applies, although the model in question has a few extra inches in height, and is longer in the torso than my ex.The Overall Look:I think it's great, and i truly like the fact that from the idea; within 48 hours of ordering i had all the bits and bobs to start doing colour comparisons and could begin to schedule a model fitting.The fit/design and colour of the leotard i picked for the costume. Was not picked for authenticity, but to flatter the more subtle curves of a UK size 4 model. It is specifically designed dance wear so that the person can wear underwear beneath it,. are not as authentic as i would hope, but once i've arranged a model fitting we can see about trying a different design and a different colour.I feel i may have to sew this patch on, i doubt the adhesive would work well especially with a centre front seam and stretchy fabric, still going to give it a go, as my sewing is terrible.Lurve me some thundercats.As it is for the purposes of authentic cheetara cosplay i will probably end up reordering this item making sure i get the black bordered one, but will use the one i've currently got as proposed, while I look for a more authentic colour and design leotard; closer to the original swim suit fronted cross over straps, for a model one or two sizes bigger.

Bought a nice green bag (Reviewed ) which this badge has finished the look . Easy iron on or sew .I (my wife)chose to iron it on and it sticks like....er...glue . Thundercats was a legendary cartoon of the 80's and I used to watch it with my daughter so good memories .Arrived early and packed well .

Thundercats was one of my favorite TV-cartoons. I bought this to cover a pocket on my jacket that was torn, but it was a little bigger for what I wanted, so I will save it for a black t-shirt.
