Eden Glowplug Tube Warmer Pedal

I bought this to put first in the signal chain of my pedal board. I love my Radial Bassbone OD, but wanted to warm the sound up a bit. The warmth knob takes if from just a little tube added all the way to an overdriven tube head sound. The crossover is a cool feature that keeps the low end from getting muddy if your rig has a problem with that. The mix is a great idea, allowing you to blend in how much of the selected tube tone you want. Again, this helps to keep the low end cleaned up. You can really tell a difference between the pedal off vs. engaged.HOWEVER....Eden decided to make the knobs black with a red line on just the top of the knob to indicate the setting. That works just fine when you are in a practice room and working on dialing in your preferred tone. When you then take your pedal board onto a dark stage, your settings are IMPOSSIBLE to see. So when you have an overexcited singer step on your board and throw all your settings off, it is impossible to fix them on the fly. You have to turn the pedal off, wait until a break, pull out a flashlight so you can see the knobs and then fix it. I am going to have to use a flourescent paint pen on the knobs so they can be seen in low light.It sounds great, is built well, and I definitely am keeping it on my board. Just one little design flaw that is really annoying.
