The original orders I placed with this seller got lost in transit by UPS. I contacted the seller a couple days past the expected arrival since tracking said it was running late. The seller responded super quickly and offered me two options for how to deal with the lost package issue. I opted for a re-issue of the order since I still wanted the product and they re-issued without complaint. It took over all about a month to receive the order since it had to be re-issued but thankfully it was shipped with USPS this time around and it arrived to me quickly enough. I'm super happy with the purchase and love the way the vinyl stickers look on my water bottles! I loved the color options and font options as well, they're super fun and my daughter absolutely loves the new "Mommy" tags on my water bottles so we can tell hers and mine apart. The next time I'm looking to buy worded vinyl stickers to place on something, I know where I'm going!

Very Nice
Have had many stickers made, these were very easy to apply, the letters separated well from the backing and the adhesion to the frame seems to be great. Shipping was excellent! Very good value for final product.

I put it on my hydroflask and it’s perfect. Definitely durable and can take water but not excess scrubbing of course. Perfect to put on your water bottle or cup!
