Great taste. Smells good too. Lasts as long time, you don't need to be in a hurry to eat it up. Love it on burgers, egg salad, and sandwiches. Great value in compared to mayonnaise. Its not green like you would think it even looks like the other stuff. No need to stir it up before use either just does not separate when stored. Delish!

I was genuinely impressed with Chosen Foods 100% Avocado Oil-Based Classic Mayonnaise! The taste is incredibly smooth and rich, with a clean, fresh flavor that’s noticeably different from traditional mayonnaise. It doesn’t have that overly processed aftertaste you sometimes find in other brands—just pure, natural goodness that complements any sandwich, dressing, or sauce without overpowering it.The texture is wonderfully creamy, yet light, making it easy to spread or mix. It holds up well in recipes and doesn’t break down or separate, which is a huge plus. I also love that it’s made with cage-free eggs and is both gluten and dairy-free, fitting perfectly with low-carb, keto, and paleo diets.

I bought this because regular mayo contains seed oils which are terrible for people to consume. As much as I loved mayo before learning this, I just couldn't eat it any more. The 'Miracle Whip' brand used to be my favorite brand because it had a bit of a 'zing' to it which really punched up tuna or anything else that you'd use mayo for. I really, really, really missed mayo.Until now! This avocado-oil based 'mayo' tastes JUST LIKE MIRACLE WHIP and I love, love, love it! I bought 4 jars because they were on a Deal, and I don't regret it. They were super securely shipped in air-filled bubble wrap but one jar did break (Amazon refunded me for that jar, though).I will never stop buying this. It is pricey for the size, but you can't put a price on putting healthy foods into your body.

I enjoyed this avocado mayo. Goes great with tuna and perfect for potato salad.

Decent flavor. Some bitterness on the back end. Carried well in tuna salad but less so on a sandwich. Still more than passable flavor wise. For people making the jump from the traditional mayo to 'healthy mayo', this isn't a bad start. Of course, you're paying for the 'natural' 'organic' etc label. School rating: B-
