Updated: downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star------Original review:This is the second set of these lights I’ve ordered, first set still going strong after a year, I just wanted more!! They’re warm and bright and give a cost atmospheric feel. This second set I’ve used for room decorations, first set is still on my Christmas tree. I’ve not discovered why there’s a one star rating against these, nothing to complain about as far as I can tell as yet.The one thing I would say is that the cord is clear / can appear white so it does show up on a Christmas tree - I’d prefer a green that is more discrete. But for room lighting going against a ceiling they’re perfect.-------------Update 1 year on:Unfortunately exactly 12 months after purchase, a section of the lights has failed. I contacted Proxima for guarantee but it was meant with absolutely no interest. So I am forced to change the star rating for this product.-------------Update 1 year plus 5 daysProxima responded again and have provided a replacement. So review back up to 4 stars. Hopefully the replacements will last longer this time.

These lights are warm and great value for money. However over the past 18 months a section of the cable has melted and the metal wire is frayed and showing - unsure if this is safe. The lights have stopped working so will need to purchase some more.

The media could not be loaded.  Most perfect lights ever. Incredible use for my bedroom! Will definitely be buying for my living room, kitchen AND hallway and stairs 😂 I’m obsessed!!

These are really long, if you are buying for indoor use, check if you have the space first ! We hung them outdoors and these functioned quite well. The aesthetic looked very nice and bright. Also beware these are eye catching and so people will notice the lights ..
