It's practically colored water.
Don't bother. It's the consistency of water color - lacks pigmentation and certainly isn't water proof. No matter how much I "shake first." Don't waste your time or money.Also, arrived only sealed with the Amazon product sticker. If this is the cause for the pigmentation issue, then there's a severe packaging and handling issue that's a larger health/safety factor than a watery product. Either way. Don't buy this product.
