Is it ok to go over the recommended Re-lube time? miles? I was told 3 months if used 12 miles per week?
How did you apply it? Do you think it's possible to pour into a straw to get the lube more into the middle of the belt rather than just the sides?

how can you tell IF you have squeezed out the right amount? when it is under the treadmill.. I cannot see it. was told to do 3 sections on both side
