I use a Sterile Isotronic 0.9% Sodium Chloride NaCl inhalation sterile saline solution. If you shop around this type is used by many and is the type that I use and found to be effective. DB

This generally works with all nebuliser that uses saline solution.

These small 2.5 ml vials usually last for about 15-20 mins with my nebuliser and are quite effective. My wife was an ENT nurse and says that professionals in the NHS recommend using 5.0 ml at a time but that depends on a lot of variables.
