I am suffering from external piles and fissures. The gel doctor gave did not make me feel better. Started using Jatyadi oil and Kailash Jeevan cream after sitz bath, when all hopes faded. This product is really ramban for fissures. I had used anobliss for 3 months, xylocaine for 3 weeks and anobliss + smuth for 1 week. Pain was not even reducing. Too much pain. I started using this and from second day pain reduced. I stopped all painkillers and these gels and creams and just started sitz bath with alum and this oil. Within 5 days pain reduced by 90%. I am using it almost 5 to 6 times daily. Now from last 2 days there is almost no pain. But yes it is still not 100% recovered. I feel in 1 more week it should be gone completely.
