My kids love them and they would be great for little kids because they easily chew/dissolve down which is probably better for absorption. They also taste great!

My (12yo) daughter's levels were really low in the blood work so I got these to help. They taste good and are easy to take. She does take 2 each time because that is the dosage that her endo wanted her to take.Only 4 stars for now because waiting to get her blood work done again and will see how this did.
