The product is OK... but I was hoping for more effectiveness. It cleans more like Windex. I intended to use it for cleaning countertops and sinks. The finished result isn't as shiny as Windex, and it definitely lacks any real power. I was disappointed in the scent, as well. For someone who likes cleaning products virtually scent-free, it would be pleasing. I like a good scent, and purchased this because of its aromatherapy claim. It really doesn't suit my needs. There is no deodorizing effect and no disinfectant qualities. But, to be fair, the product made no disinfectant claims. I was just hoping it would be a little stronger.

At first I did not think that the scent of this cleaner was even in it, but after using this to clean I noticed the pleasant light smell of the cleaner. More importantly, this product is wonderful and it is safe as well. Love it for all my floors, window sills,walls and even use it on my granite countertops. Leaves no film.

I have used "natural cleaners" with less than great success until now! This is an outstanding product that cleans without leaving any residue and it smells good, but not overpowering. It's superior to other cleaners I've tried and I'm seldom impressed; but Pure Care All Purpose Cleaner and Pure Care Bathroom Cleaner have "wowed" me. Cleaning is not on my list of favorite things to do and I don't have time to go over and over things to be cleaned, I need a product to work quickly and effectively. It's safe to use and it actually works and that's the bottom line for me.

I love this product. It cleans well and has a wonderful fragrance. I was disappointed when I tried to order it again and It was not available any longer.

This is a fantastic alternative to some harsher chemical cleaners! I feel safe using it everywhere - especially in my kirtchen and love the fresh scent from the lemongrass! I will be buying more when it runs low as it has quickly become a household necessity.

Impressively effective given that it is a natural cleaner but is not as effective as other un-natural products.

This is a very gentle cleaner. It works very well on glass and shiny surfaces that were recently spotted. So it's a perfect product to keep new surfaces clean and grease-free. It won't remove burned spots from an oven tray however. Although, it wouldn't be fair to compare this to a heavy chemical oven cleaner, as it has all natural ingredients. It smells very light and nice. I use it to clean the stove top, microwave, and toaster-oven. Works very well for me.I'd also like to add that the product was missing from the box that was sent to me by Amazon when I made the order (although Amazon's customer service claimed that it was supposedly sent by Pure Care), but Pure Care Home took responsibility over the missing delivery even if it was Amazon's fault and sent a bottle right away. Very nice of them.Bottom line is, I'm happy both with the product and the seller.
