I bought this wash when it was recommended to me by my dental hygienist. I was a bit skeptical about the price and the need to order it online - but I had several cavities that need to be filled and followed their advice to include a fluoride rinse in my normal routine.The rinse feels quite strong after a minute of swishing, but it don't find that it "burns" any more than an alcohol rinse. It generally feels gentler on my mouth actually. I really like the PH balancing effect and the addition of xylitol. After reading about some of the positive effects of xylitol, I also purchased some gum (not from the same company) that has high levels of xylitol and is designed to supplement oral health.If you struggle with cavities even with proper flossing and brushing, I highly recommend this rinse. I don't know how well it actually works yet because I have not had my follow up to the appointment yet, but my mouth feels a lot cleaner and healthier when I wake up in the morning know that I finish the day with this rinse.

I've had problem teeth my whole life. I decided to take control of that and this rinse along with the 1100 tooth gel has been my saving grace. I went to the dentist today and have zero cavities!!!!!My hygiene process is a whole thing. Prebrush with a soft bristle brush, floss, rinse with this to remove any loosened food, then brush with the 1100 paste. If my teeth are feeling really sensitive I'll also brush with Prevident.The added effort works, and the 1100 paste makes your teeth as smooth as glass. It really maintains that fresh from the dentists office feel. Would recommend the whole system if you can afford it.

My wife has a medical condition that requires this expensive mouthwash formula. This is not at all like Listerine that you can buy at the grocery store. The only flavor she use is grape. She says it mixes well with vodka.

I really like the flavor and it was recommended by my dentist also. I use it after brushing as I get ready for sleep;. I wake up with fresh breath!

This was recommended by my dentist and I resisted at first because of the price. BUT LADIES!!!!!! my dentist (SHE!!!) taught me that after a hysterectomy, your saliva content changes and you are less able to fight off cavities LADIES!!!! My Hyster Sisters must know this!!! OK so I am a wimp when it comes to strong mint - so I bought the orange flavor and mixed it so as not to dilute the powerful nature of this stuff. Works like a charm!! BUY THIS!!!!
