Earlove Classic Hi-Fi Earlplugs by Etymotic Research

I wanted to love them. I ordered two pairs.They fit comfortably in my ears, but not in my wife's ears. No problem, everyone is different, right? Sure.But when it came to sound attenuation.... they were only slightly quieter than not having ear plugs. Not even close to the level of reduction I get from the common foam earplugs. For some music venues, this is just fine, it took the edge off. But no way will it be enough for the typically much louder music venues I encounter.I will say that the in terms of sound quality, it preserved enough higher frequency content to still make the music listenable. Whereas the foam earplugs mute too much of the mid and high frequency content thus interfering with the music experience. I will continue to carry them for those times where I need a little bit of sound reduction, but I will continue to search for a better ear plug.One more item. The ear plugs come with a nice container to hold them. They fit nicely... except it isn't big enough to hold the included string and connectors that allow them to be hung around the neck when not in use.

These earplugs are great! I go to a lot of house and techno parties in Belgium/NL and to be honest, I hear the music better with these in. Also, speech is enhanced for me in loud music festivals when others are speaking to me. At first it is a strange adjustment but now when the music is blaring, I discreetly place them in my ears and they make a world of difference. Highly recommended.

These ear plugs are the best I've ever used. As a music lover and concertgoer, I really like these as I can hear the music, highs, lows, and I'm into bass so my Ear Loves' give me that experience without having ringing ears after a show. I highly recommend these and purchased for my teens as they liked the silver tube that they come in as well. Thanks Ear Love !!

I enjoy these very much! Shipping was fairly quick. These are meant to reduce sound without taking the quality of the sound itself. I found myself adjusting how far i push them in depending on volume durring my band's rehearsel. Over all a great addition to any musician's gear
