I bought the variety pack and started using prior to my first round of chemo which is once every three weeks for six rounds. It is a welcome addition to my hydration routine. Great flavor, no aftertaste. I purchased the watermelon afterwards. I definitely felt better and had little nausea. I have more energy and pleasantly my skin seems smoother. I start my 2nd round in 2 days. I will update in a week or so. For anyone on chemo it’s definitely tastier than plain water plus the electrolytes are a win situation!

Love this product. It has virtually eliminated the muscle cramping issues I was having. The flavors are great and being able to hydrate without adding calories is perfect!!

i really like the ingredients and the flavor, but the flavor is subtle compared to other products on the market. i just use a little less water and they taste better and not so watered down. great packets to take on the go and keep you feeling hydrated and refreshed.

I have been using this for a couple months now while working in Yellowstone National Park. They have definitely kept my hydrated and energized. The flavors aren't overly strong, which i like. The face that it's all natural ingredients is a big plus for me. Will likely be purchasing again

I was so happy to find this product, as I cannot tolerate artificial sugars or dyes. I love this product even more than Liquid IV because it's not as overpowering in sweetness.It is a little bland, especially compared to any other hydration products. But I love all the different flavors especially in the variety pack. I felt better with increased energy the next day after drinking. Blends very easily without any clumps in water.Great hydration without all the artificial sugars or dyes in most other hydration products!
