Carhartt Midweight, Brown, Medium (13-Inch)

I purchased this bag to be used for field work when studying wildlife in rural locations, and put my binoculars, camera, field notebook, GPS, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. into it - everything except my water and energy bars that go into a soft-sided cooler. That way, I transfer only 2 bags from my house to my vehicle and back again each day.I have found that this bag is perfectly suited to this purpose and is just the right size to carry all of what I need to carry while remaining small enough to fit easily into my vehicle. It is sturdy and made of durable materials and has just the right number of pockets to securely carry field equipment.When not doing field work, this bag will be used to carry tools for home maintenance and repair activities.Extremely versatile and a nice problem-solver.Recommended.

I don't use my bag for tools - I use it for my diabetes equipment and medicines, along with books for keeping track of menus and medicines. Everything fits perfectly in the bag. It is so nice and sturdy and looks great.

I really like this bag. My prior tool bags wore out from tools abrading/cutting from the inside. It fits most of my hammers but next time I'd get a 14 inch bag from Carhartt. At Christmas, I bought 2 of the 14 in Carhartt bags for my adult boys since they're buying their first homes.

Quality: I have zero qualms. The material and construction. It Is all top-notch. The zipper can be a little rough but is expected due to its “heavy duty” nature.Functionality: If you’re going to use this as job specific bag i.e. taking pieces from a larger tool box and filling this so you don’t have to lug a massive kit around…. It’s perfect. I’d even consider having several set for different functions (electric, plumbing, general). However, if your intent is for this to be your primary bag or tool box be prepared to fill it quicker than anticipated. It’ll work better as general all purpose bag or even apartment/ dorm tool kit.Bottom line: absolutely recommend, just be aware of the size!

The bag was good and had lots of pockets inside and out . I pretty much only have a issue with the material with slightly sharp objects in the pockets it rips and gets cut easily.

I use this as my range bag. Holds everything I need for my trip and then some. I love Carhartt and cannot recommend them enough for ANY product they make. Built tough and build to last.

If you imagine a 25-year-old carpenter with terrific style, this is the bag she would have. Perfect stitching and quality, functional pockets, and adorable color and style make this bag worth the cost when compared to other brands.I gave this as a gift to my son because he recently moved into his first apartment. It holds all the random tools we collected while putting together his furniture and shelving. I also gave him a few mesh bags to organize screws/nails/whatever the interior. Pro tip, particularly for those buying IKEA items: get a very small rubber mallet. You won’t regret it.

My everyday tool bag. Perfect size for all the stuff I need. I use all the pockets inside and out. Great quality just like you would expected from this brand. Only thing I would have liked is the option of a longer shoulder strap to free up my hands when I am carrying materials too.
