This helped improve my gut health 100% of course you will have to continuously take this to see results but I noticed changes within the first couple of weeks! Because the bag is biodegradable it breaks down fast so try to use this as soon as possible. Some of the bag pieces break inside the mixture. If you're okay with taking some of the pieces out of the bag then you should be fine! But other than that it’s a great product

The powder seems to be good as it's only been 6 days. The taste is mild and mixed well with liquids. However, what was advertised is not what I received. The pics indicate a probiotic mix totaling 24mgs but what I received was 17.8mgs. (See pic) Once I saw that I wanted to check the ingredients and low and behold the ingredients are covered by a batch label. The manufacturing location is covered as well. I messaged the seller and they didn't respond as of the time of this review. If I could see what the difference is between these, I'd give a higher review.

The item came in a Amazon bubble package but the power package it self is made of paper and it was puncher. The powder was leaking everywhere, questionable if it was safe to use. Not sure if the damage happened during shipping or during packaging. Do not recommend this item since the pouch it comes in is paper and easily damage and possible containmented.
