Does what it’s supposed to do. But I do not like how you have to re-arm or re-enable every time it goes off. I got his so I can know when doors or windows are open. When you open a door it sends a alert on your phone, but until you reenable or rearm it will not send anymore alerts.

I bought and installed the system in hopes to use it more for automating lights in my home with Alexa. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to get Alexa to recognize the sensors independent from the hub. Alexa only recognizes the hub, so, when you create a routine in Alexa, you only have the hub to choose as a device to automate, which means you can't select individual door contacts or motion sensors to trigger an event for a specific light. If one sensor is tripped anywhere, then all light routines created in Alexa trigger at the same time because they all call on the hub. The only work around I can think of would be to buy a hub for each sensor. Then I would be able to automate lights specifically by calling on the hub that controls the sensor specific to my light automation. In any case, the unit perform well as an alarm system, which is what it was designed for. I can't knock any stars off of it for having almost zero light automation capabilities. Nowhere in the product description does it talk about light automation, so, yea. As an alarm system, it works great. I have no problems with it, and the price can't be beat. If anyone figures out a work around for making this a light automator, please let me know. =)

This works perfect has about 12 different alarm sounds and different volume you can connect it with Alexa and control it with your Alexa app or eevice. Also when you get notices on your phone you can set up name for each location and will let you know where was the breach. I love it and wont change it for no reason.

I haven’t set it up yet because it’s a Christmas present, but I did look in the box and it all looks to be quality built. I’ll update after Christmas.Update: I returned this item because the sensors would sometimes not register when I opened the door. If I set the alarm and then immediately opened the door the alarm would sound. If I set the alarm and left for several hours I could come back home and open the door without any alarm activation. I was disappointed.

The install went very easy! It’s much better than the Smanos Alarm I had. Smanos was crazy hard to connect to my phone and devices. This Alarm system was so easy and less expensive. Just turn it on and put it up and it works. No having to connect each door and window separately.
