Body-SolidPro Grip

This bar is heavy duty and well made. We use it on the upper cable of our weight machine. The swivel moves smoothly. The grips work fine. The bar weighs 8 lbs.

Awesome design and size, as well as weight. Its very beefy and thick. I wish the rubbers on the ends were a bit firmer though, they are a little squishy. The middle rubbers are good. The shape of the bar gives a great stretch to new muscle fibers and the width of the inner handles works amazingly well for curls and triceps pressdowns.

I first used a seated row bar like this while on vacation and have been hoping to find one at a gym ever since. Finally, I decided to buy my own, and this is even better than I was hoping.

I bought this bar to use with a universal machine I have in my home gym. The ability to switch between a seated row or a pushdown is very functional. I have tried to use it for curls, and it is completely possible, but it is not a very natural feel. The material is very high quality and would hold up in a gym setting without question. The only problem I have with it is the grips are already starting to slide from their original positions after just a few months of use. They do not slide far, but I am afraid as the adhesive underneath becomes more worn they will begin to slide farther. You can move them back to their original spot fairly easily.

Heavy duty and decent quality. The weld where the rotating sleeve connects to the attachment with the hole in it, has some sharp edges where the welding was a little poor quality, but overall a great buy.

The rubber ends slip off making it extremely unsafe. Returned it.
