Fantastic replacement string for serious diabolists. This string is designed to last (of course, like anything, if you play or practice for hours and hours, eventually the string will wear. That's realistic. If it were made of steel maybe it would never wear out, but then you lose all of the function a chinese yo-yo string is supposed to have) –– BUT, this string is strong and will provide a LOT of play time. The package comes with 5 strings which is a great value for the price -- if you're new to diabolos, you'll want to make sure to learn how to properly size your string (these strings are 6ft long and provide plenty of "give" to get the right sized string) and KickFire Diabolos provides a tutorial right on YouTube on how to do it right.I especially love the orange color as it provides a nice contrast for my eyes, making it difficult to lose sight of the string even when there's a lot going on in the environment around me.
