I loved this. It was working great. Until it wasn't. One day the QuickCharge outlet just died. The standard outlet still works, so I know the connections to my car are still good. I also know that the wires I am using to connect my phone are still working as well.Normally I wouldn't let a simple break down reduce my rating, but I've tried reaching out to the manufacturer under the 12 month warranty and have had no response. Their website is basically a hollow shell with no real contact info for support. No way to register the device, no way to directly request support. Therefore I sent an email to their general email address, which I found on their main page. It has been weeks and I have heard nothing in reply.A warranty only matters if the provider is available to actually cover the item purchased. I have already had a friend buy this at my recommendation and I now regret that. I don't recommend this based on my experience.EDIT: I have adjusted my rating up to 4 stars because the manufacturer got in touch with me and is having Amazon ship a replacement. Still not 5 stars though because I've noticed too many other reviews where people have had to receive replacements. The occasional bad unit is one thing, but it looks like this may be a matter of truly poor quality control. They've assured me that the new unit will also have a 12 month warranty, which is something good, but I'm really hoping that I won't have to get yet another one. I also wish this had happened before I'd bought a different brand to replace it. I guess now I'll have a spare to use when I'm in someone else's car. Or when the new one breaks. :-)

Broke right after the return window closed. It's a shame too I really wanted to like this charger. Upon investigating the interior of the charger after it no longer worked found that the board on the inside is very weakly soldered and was broken in two. Unfixable and now unreturnable.EDIT: The seller contacted me shortly after I first reviewed this item and sent me a code to order another one free. The new one appears to be working fine.

On this occasion there were no dislike. From the moment the items were ordered and the payment cleared you are being notified and backed up by a tracking number. Very impressive in my mind that the items were ordered on Saturday and two of the three items arrived Monday morning and the third item scheduled for another dat not far off from the date the first time items were received. Very happy that the identical items ordered was received and has been put into use and working very well.

This worked for about a week - ever since, it only says weak charging with my phone. It doesn't keep it charged whether in use or not.EDIT: This device didn't work with my phone, but I will say that the company did try to fix the issue and when it could not be resolved, they refunded my money.

It works great. The instructions seem to imply that one slot is for an Android phone and the other for an iPhone. It doesn't appear to matter.

It does the job. Fast charging works great! I love that it has 2 ports, only one fast charging, but I can charge 2 phones or other items at the same time. Great buy!

At first this charger was amazing! Better than my wall charger but after a few weeks the "fast port" no longer works. So bummed!!The seller contacted me and is sending a free rreplacement based on my initial review. Excellent customer service!!!
