I want to start out by giving you a bit of my back story. I worked in the medical field for about 8 years,and I have recently went into an early retirement as I like to call it because I am a mom of three now, and also because my body could not meet the demands of the job anymore. I have terrible knee, back and hip pain that has come from years of demanding work. I also feel like my last pregnancy really took a toll on my body. I have been taking Motrin 3-4 times a day to keep up with my pain in order to be able to keep up with my kids. I am always a bit nervous to try something new, but I do know that taking so much Motrin isn't good for me either.When I got this product the packaging was sealed for safety, and came in perfect condition. Upon opening it I was a bit worried about the size of the pills, but they ended up being just fine. I also broke the capsules open one day and added it to my smoothie and I couldn't taste anything so that is another option too. I am taking the boosting dose which is 3 caps twice a day. I have already noticed a great improvement in my hips for sure, and my knees too. I didn't want to do the boosting dose, but I wanted to get the full effect of this product. I really hate wasting things, and I wanted this to last as long as possible because as a mom of 3 these things are not always in my budget. I will say that if you buy this product you should with out a doubt do the boosting dose, it is not a waste of your money at all. I feel so much better, and it is happening in such a short amount of time.When thinking about if I would recommend this to a friend or family member, the answer is simple I certainly would. My dad served in the Army for 23 years and his knees are terrible, as soon as I started to notice the results I could not wait to call my dad and tell him. I have osteoarthritis and degenerative disc related to my career as a Firefighter. I have tried numerous joint supplements for relief. I have been taking this for three days now. I haven't noticed any side effects. The supplement seems to be helping some, my pain has not been as terrible.
