This unicycle is perfect for me
This is my first unicycle and it is perfect for me, I was looking for a unicycle for everyday life, an ADULT, I don't want to run or do tricks, it took me 30 minutes to be able to walk and make turns and after that it became a dream, I love going for the places with it, it's super practical, maybe a "little foot" to keep it standing up when stored would be something I would add to it, it also doesn't come with a "base" for carrying it so I improvised by cutting the box.The power, speed, distance, control, it's all really good, I've been to several places with it here in Vegas and it's great to keep it in the car so you can park the car in one place and get to your destination or just explore. And one fine day (approximately two months later) while I went to the market it simply stopped working and I thought it would be the beginning of a nightmare, I got frustrated and contacted the seller who answered me promptly and after some checks I needed to send it back. back to the factory and I ended up getting another new one, and once again they surprised me, I absolutely loved it and two friends have already bought one exactly like this one, I highly recommend it and it's a lot of fun, practical and better than I imagined. It has already replaced several small trips that I would take by car, now I love doing it with the unicycle and I'm planning to have a drone follow me while I ride it around, I feel like I'm coming from the future

Challenging but Rewarding
The media could not be loaded. The first time I saw somebody riding an EUC, I immediately started doing research on the best one to buy. After comparing a ton of different models, I came to the conclusion that the InMotion V8F would be the best wheel to start on and I went for it. I don’t regret a thing. It definitely has a learning curve, but that only makes it feel like you’re really improving when you can start to ride. I went from practicing getting on it to being able to ride a mile to campus within a month. You get some looks from people around, jealous and curious about how you can go so fast on something so small.I recommend anybody thinking of getting into the hobby to go for the wheel. It goes faster than the E-scooters you can rent, accelerates quickly, and easily goes up hills you’d find on a day to day basis. Just keep in mind that you will fall when you’re learning, and don’t give up.

Initial Excellence Marred by Persistent Power Issues and Unresponsive Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. I bought the V8 in May 2023, and initially, it was an excellent ride. It moves smoothly, has a built-in app to monitor the wheel, a bright LED light for night rides, and good mileage. I used it to commute around my city daily. It's a very fun wheel and easy to learn, taking me about two days to master. However, after about a month, the wheel powered down and displayed a red exclamation mark, instructing me to "please repair." Unfortunately, the wheel would never turn back on. Each time I pressed the power button, it would turn on briefly and then power down immediately.I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful at first. They sent me replacement parts, including a new driver board and a new battery, and eventually provided a replacement wheel. However, the new wheel has the same issue. As of writing this, I have not heard back from customer service for a few months. I recommend avoiding this model and similar ones, as there may be a defect in this product line.

Good wheel, wrong description.
This is a good wheel - light, maneuverable, simple to operate. The problem is this statement in the description: "can last up to 34.0-37.5 miles".It really can't. It might show 35 miles in the app but it won't let you ride for that long. The actual number is lower and furthermore, it will tilt back and make it impossible to ride when you still have approximately 5 miles of range in the app.The real range is around 24 miles and that's a third lower than advertised. If this is enough for your use case - it's an excellent wheel and will make you smile for months. It would be really helpful for manufacturers to stop embellishing product stats, if I knew the real range I would go straight to V8s and save everybody trouble with the return.

Overall great fun and a speedy wheel, definitely is a learning curve!
High quality product , very nice fit and finish ! The Inmotion App works well and the unit itself is very powerful and speedy ! Your muscles will definitely be sore and it's quite a workout for your core to turn and navigate on this wheel. Make sure you have safety gear , you'll will wipe out many times ! After 3 days I am able to ride around and speed up and slow down with out flying off . Turning is still a bit difficult , don't ride around traffic until you get your confidence. The top speed for this wheel is 20 to 21 mph and the range is roughly 18 miles at an average pace of 15 or 16 mph . Over all a Great purchase, it is a good wheel for a beginner - not an advanced rider wheel - you are going to want more speed after you get used to it . I found a cheaper price elsewhere as well! The shipping was fairly slow , it stayed in California for three days after being scanned by FED EX.

Difficult at first, then smooth sailing
It shouldn't surprise anyone that a unicycle is hard to learn. I'm pretty coordinated and athletic and it took me about 2 days before I was somewhat comfortable. After a week I was riding at 20 mph with no problem. You should adjust your expectations according to your skill on other balance intensive activities. I think the most common related activity would be riding a bike. If you get a little bit of speed (>5 mph), it becomes more stable. When you do start, use the cover to prevent most of the scratches. Also learning to ride on grass is much more difficult but it will also prevent most scratching when it inevitably falls over. I got a little too ambitious and the wheel flipped and cracked the side housing. The pedals are really scuffed also. Inmotion's website has replacement parts for all those things though which was a major consideration for me when buying. As a final tip, I would invest in some Slime or other tire sealant. If you get a puncture, you have to disassemble and entire side of the wheel to change it.
