Tastes like regular pancakes!
Way better than I ever thought low carb pancakes could be. They’re delicious! I just make them pretty much how the directions say to, although I do add an extra tablespoon of water to thin the batter out just a bit, and then mix with a whisk. They come out looking and tasting just like regular pancakes…nice and fluffy. I bet I could make these and put them on my kids’ plates and they’d never know the difference. I pair them with some warmed up Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar maple syrup, and I’ve got myself a pancake breakfast of only 160 calories, 13 grams of protein, and only 5 net carbs (syrup included in these listed macros). Add some scrambled cheesy eggs and turkey sausage, and enjoy a keto friendly Grand Slam! Highly recommend!

Tasty high fiber protein mix
I’ve made waffles and pancakes with this, it taste better and fluffier by adding 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of dry mix, 1 egg and 2TBS of avocado oil, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract versus the lesser amount of liquid directions on the package, I let the mixed batter sit for 5-7 mins before using a preheated griddle or waffle maker comes out fluffy. It doesn’t taste like regular pancake or waffle mix but it’s still good for high fiber and protein breakfast or snack.

Amazing when made with Unsweetened Almond Milk
We make the pancakes with unsweetened almond milk instead of water. DEFINITELY give this a try. It adds amazing flavor. I also have sprinkled blueberries in it when cooking as well. If you are living a lower carb or no sugar life-style this is a great option. This is my favorite keto pancake mix on the market.

Delicious Keto Breakfast Pancakes
If you love pancakes for breakfast but don't want the high calories, carbs, fat and sugar, then this King Arthur Keto Wheat Pancake Mix is for you. Plus, you get 9 grams of protein per serving. They're not going to taste as great as a delicious, freshly baked stack of pancakes with sugary syrup at a breakfast restaurant, but they are definitely the very best keto pancake mix I've purchased for making pancakes at home and I've tried quite a few. These are very easy to make but be careful of the water to mix ratio or the batter will be too thick or too watery. You can also add some blueberries or cut-up strawberries. I use a little sugar-free syrup on top but use whatever works for you. I highly recommend your trying this pancake mix. I've been using it for several years and find it to be very satisfying with a nice cup of hot coffee.

The texture is like pancakes, the taste is close enough to satisfy my craving for real pancakes!
The batter in the normal recipe remains just as thick after letting it sit the required 5 minutes, and it doesn't spread at that thickness. So unless you're wanting super dense and thick pancakes, I would suggest to make the waffle recipe on the back and then add more liquids until it seems like the right consistency.I made flapjack style by using 1 cup of the mix, 1 egg, 2 tbls oil, and nearly twice as much milk as called for (again, use the recipe amount, then adjust to your thickness prefrence). Definitely cook in a little oil, fat or butter - otherwise it might stick! It'll have bubbles that pop like regular pancake mix, and it'll start to set around the edges before you need to flip.Excellent with butter and syrup of your choice. Hits the spot, which is tricky to do with low carb foods!

Its just ok
I love King Arthur flours. This was disappointing. The end product is kind of gummy and flavorless. Im a good cook and know how to doctor dry mixes and nothing really helps with this. But adding oil and buttermilk does make it taste better and appetizing at least in my opinion. All in all wouldnt get it again

YUMMY!!
Everyone is correct! These are fantastic, especially as a diabetic that has been carb-starved for two years. I also bought the wholesome yum zero sugar maple syrup and added fresh organic blueberries... and it WAS YUM! WoW! I'm going to have to be careful! Pancakes were fluffy and delish!!
