Woooow!Red mica/pigment has always been so difficult to find. I did some research and found Sakura red but it was pricey to buy untested.I took a chance on this and wow, not overly warm or cool undertone but so deep and so gorgeous. It’s a generous size, it’s super fine so you can get the color with less and works amazingly with resin.

I was looking for a deep crimson color for a wine table used in a WSU Alumni wine cellar. This was exactly the hue I needed. Well advertised. I've used it on several applications since then. This is my first purchase with Eye Candy pigments, and won't be my last!

Have not used it yet. Got for painting my golf cart in the spring. I will say however shipping was fast and pigments look true to the catalog color.

This red is so pretty! First I wanted to mention that my order came with a kind thank you note on the packing slip and even 2 mixing sticks! That really brightened my day. So on to the pigment! Eye Candy in my opinion has the best pigments ever. For one, finding exact specific colors are really hard for me, for example the red that I got is a true red, not a red that has a orange undertone, or is too bright, its the perfect shade of red. The actual pigment color when cured with the resin is gorgeous! It's a deep red but also a true red, so nothing burgundy like.I would say my only con with this item is the price. I usually buy my colors in the 50g container for $15.99. But I purchased the 25g container for $21. I'm assuming it has something to do with whatever the pigment is made from being pricier than other colors, so on the other hand its not that bad.I highly recommend eye candy pigments!
