Great Product
I had previously used ADT for my security. This was a much cheaper alternative and gives me everything I need.

Door and Window Alarm System
It was difficult to get the base unit hooked up to my wifi. The alarm is very load, which hopefully will deter any burglary attempts. It was easy to install the contact alarms. The controls work well.

Needed extra sensors
I have an additional windows and needed more sensors. They connected right to the smart home app with no issues

I got these as an add on because we needed more after the intial order. Since I have installed these, it keeps giving me false alarms and doesn’t work when the window is actually open. I have tried to reset the main box, reset the app…it’s been very frustrating.
