Great,comfy chair
Chair just the right firmness; not too soft that you can't get out of it and firm enough for an adult leaning back.

Comfy. Banana for scale.
This is a comfy seat. My first note is this arrived two weeks earlier than expected, and shipped from Las Vegas. I bought this 4ft bag to be a reading "chair" in my library, which doesn't have much room for a large, permanently placed chair or recliner, but had plenty of usable floor space. The first photo is the disposable bag the sack came in, fully compressed with a normal backpack next to it for scale. The foam comes in the beige liner that has two zippers for security. (The colored external cover is separate.) It was very compressed, but I spent about 20 minutes "peeling" and breaking the foam apart to expedite the expansion timeline. The second photo is maybe an hour or two after I worked the foam loose. The third photo is about 2 hours later after it had a bit of time to expand (the person on the bag is 5'8" 125lbs), and the fourth and fifth photos were taken on the same evening after I had washed and added the external cover. One day later, I don't personally think it needs more foam, but understand why other people mention this. I actually emailed Chill Sack before this purchase, and they said they would provide extra foam FREE of charge to anyone that felt their chair needed more support. I am around 110lbs and do not sink very much into this chair, even on the edge (where I prefer to sit because it creates an armrest around me). If after the fourth day you are still sinking more than you'd like, just send the seller a message requesting more foam. Don't just buy it on your own!I do not feel that this 4ft bag is enough space for me (female adult 5'4" 110lbs) to lay out and nap very comfortably, so if that's your goal I would recommend the 6ft bag or lounger. My favorite part about this bag is surprisingly the weight. I was led to believe (from other reviewers / product description) that these were very heavy, and uncomfortable to move around. It weighs maybe 20lbs and I can toss or roll it with one hand, and pick it up with two and carry it to another room pretty easily. The biggest downside is the cost, which actually seems to be more of an Amazon problem. The 4ft sack is $140 on the Chill Sack website, but the navy sack on Amazon at time of writing this is $165. What's up with that?? I opted for the cinnabar color instead because it was $140 on Amazon, and has the HUGE bonus of free Amazon returns. If you need to return it, don't worry too much - just spend time taping up a large box or bag and shove the bag in. I called UPS as well before this purchase and (at least my local store) told me they don't care what package your item is in for Amazon returns. It would be tough, but doable if necessary. Direct website Chill Sack purchases say you would need to pay for the return shipping cost (yikes).Overall, this has been a great purchase. If you're an adult looking for a chair to lay and nap in, and have the space for it, consider the 5 or 6ft sacks. If you want a chair, this 4ft sack has been a great choice. I'll update this review after a bit of use if it seems beneficial.

Pretty Good, but always fluffing it and add backrest reading cushion to sit up
MY USE: I've used this in the living room for over a year now. Maybe 2-6 hours at a time, 10-15 hours a week is probably my average. I park it in front of the TV to play video games. It's comfortable, much better than 2 of the normal little "Target" bean bags for small kids.SIZE/SHAPE: It's good size, fluffed up it's like a 3-4 foot sphere so it takes up a lot of room. A full size 200 pound adult is likely to start out maybe 16-18 inches off the ground (not 24+ which the picture seems to imply).Expect this to "go flat" or compress the longer you sit in it. After sitting in it for 3-4 hours I end up maybe 8-12 inches off the floor. I'm a full grown man at 50+ so it's easier to roll out sideways on all fours to get up at that point! :DNEEDS HELP: The only issue I see is there's really no back support, so unless your in "full recline" mode you aren't really sitting up comfortably. So I add a backrest "reading" cushion pillow (like this www.amazon.com/ComfortSpa-Reading-Backrest-Cushion-Heartburn/dp/B07GZB5SJZ/) so I can sit up a bit.MAINTAIN IT: after each time I use it I have to roll it over and "punch" it back in to original fluffy shape... but it's 15 seconds of effort so no big deal. Otherwise it forms a big divot where your body weight has compressed the foam chunks. Which will attract small and medium sized animals!

Great bean bag!
This is great so far - we’ve had it for a few weeks and it’s very comfortable and holding up well.

It's GREAT! People giving it poor reviews can't follow instructions
This thing is amazing. We have two of them. They're large, comfy and not a typical "bean bag" chair stuffed with those little foam balls. These things are stuffed with high quality material that you'd find in high quality pillows. The reviewers who are complaining don't read instructions. For both chairs, I followed the instructions and they're amazing. The key is the let them sit for a few days to let the compressed foam to expand. And, every day, a few times a day, toss them around to fluff them. We even rolled them down the stairs. If you have patience, follow the instructions, and do the fluffing over a few days, they work great.

Better than your average bean bag!
It needs to be fluffed, but it's much more cozy than a typical bean bag. The memory foam pieces let your body just sink in and surround you with softness. It's like melting into a cloud. When you first receive it it'll be packaged so tightly that the foam is hard as a rock. Let it expand for a day or two and it'll be as soft as cotton candy. I love being able to wash the zipper lining. I just wash it with some towels or small things and it comes out smelling fresh and new. The lining is also silky soft, like a pair of your favorite fuzzy pajamas. I've had long phone conversations in this chair, melted my stress away, and done some stress relieving exercises (if you know what I mean lol.) Makes a wonderful addition to my bedroom. The color is beautiful too!

Awful product
Genuinely uncomfortable to sit on, I'm 1.88cm (6.2 ft) - this beanbag is not designed for for my size.Wouldn't recommend this for the £100 I paid for it.

Very misleading product picture
I am very disappointed with this purchase. Rather than acting as the product picture would have you believe, when you sit on the cushion you simply sink to the floor and all the lumps of foam inside end up around you instead of under you. It a shame because it it a well packaged product and the cover is nice quality, it just doesn’t act as it is supposed to.
