Low +Tilted Cervix approved
Amazing. I’ve been using these two years and have no complaints. It come with two sizes; about 2.5” and 2.1/4”. Perfect for heavy and light days. The 2.1/4” is slightly shallower, by about a 1/4”.I have a low, tilted cervix and was VERY hesitant, and I loved the idea of the cups; however, a low + tilted cervix had any cup I purchased sticking out past my pubic bone - UNCOMFORTABLE! like a incorrectly inserted tampon sticking out……Being that the disc sits high, above the rim of your pubic bone, the depth of the larger disc is not an issue AT ALL. Both sizes hold up very well and can accommodate the flow. I go through 1 Super+ tampon every hour or hour and a half on day two into three. The large disc holds up for about two hours. It’s great! I can plan around my day.

Amazing value! Works perfectly!
This menstrual disc is so worth the money. You get two discs, one for heavy flow and one for normal to light flow. They are color coded, but you can obviously tell the size difference. For me they work perfectly. The rim is a lot softer than the Flex discs, as noted by other reviewers. This can affect the way you put them in at times. You have to make sure to keep them pinched in the center and make sure they remain on a straight course as you push them in. I've used mine for 3 cycles, and I've only had mine fold in twice. I simply removed it and started over. I did notice it happened on a very light days (the last days of my cycle) so I believe it only happened due to the dryness. You can add a little water or lubricant for those days if you have to.It's also amazing for heavy flows. I am on blood thinners, so my cycles are extremely heavy. Extremely. I can leave the larger one in for 8 to 12 hours with no problems. It self-empties when you go to the bathroom, so there's no overflow. I don't worry about a thing. I've slept in them with no problems ever. That's close to 21 nights with no leaks. I've even forgotten about them for hours (really, hours!) after I woke up and no problems. On the intimate front I've also had no issues at all. No jarring it out of place, no leaks, nothing. My husband said he felt it one night, but it's soft so it didn't bother him. He only mentioned it because I asked. I repositioned and no issues. When putting them in, I have found that it's easiest if I stand, place one foot on the toilet, and slightly squat while inserting the disc. Make sure to keep it pinched in the middle as you press it further in, and that it's angled toward your pelvis a bit. Allow it to slide back when your anatomy opens from the vaginal canal, then press the front up to finish the insertion. Everyone's anatomy is different, so if you have trouble at first, don't give up. Continue until you find the right position and insertion method for you.You do need to boil the discs before use, and periodically. I do boil mine before each cycle. When you remove and empty them, wash it before reinserting. That seems self-explanatory though. This is such a life and money saver! You won't have to buy box after box of tampons, pads, or the really expensive disposable discs. I'm mainly in it for the money and convenience of this product, but there's no waste to add to the environment with these! Buy them now!! I haven't tried the more expensive reusable discs, and I never will now that I have these. I was going to try these and just see before spending a lot on the other reusables. We are a one-income family, so I don't have the luxury to try something expensive and it not work. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I wish they did come with a hard case instead of this silky pouch, but I can find something better. I'm a DIY blogger, that's what I do lol. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm definitely going to make something. If you'd like to see what I come up with, you can find my blog Life as a LEO Wife. I don't know if I can place a link here, so you can just search the blog name, and you'll find me.

Good, but expect a learning curve, even if you're used to cups
I have very happily used the Instead cup (now Softdisc) for years. The set I'd been boiling forever was starting to develop cracks in the rim, so I decided to try something more officially reusable. I don't like the idea of a cup with a stem after using the disc style for so long, so I decided to give these a try. I chose the small/large set so I could see which worked better. I've used them for several cycles now, and am overall satisfied, but they are more difficult to use than the Softcup.I am in my 40s, and have had several kids vaginally. I'd say my flow is moderate (fairly heavy but not excessively so for the first two days, light after that). I find myself mostly sticking with the small, so age and childbirth status don't seem to have as much to do with size choice as with some other cups.As with the Softcup, I change it about every two hours on my heavy days, but can go much longer the rest of the cycle. I find the small easier to insert because it doesn't fold up as much, and since I prefer to rinse it every time I use the toilet when practical, holding a ton isn't my biggest priority. I would probably use the large if I were out of the house on my heavy days, especially if restroom/cleaning access was questionable. The Softcup occasionally leaked when something shifted things up internally. These seem less prone to that. In the several months I've been using them, I've had one leak, and I can't really even blame the cup for that. It was the small cup, I'd had it in for 12 hours overnight on my heaviest day, and I had totally forgotten my period even existed and was just going about my day. That's never happened before. So really, that speaks to the comfort more than anything. This staying in place does mean they don't "self-empty" when urinating, as people claim with the Softcups. Not a capability I personally used much, but I know it's a big deal for a lot of people.Because these are less rigid, I find them much harder to insert than the Softcup - they tend to just fold around the cervix rather than covering it. With the Softcup, I basically just had to push it back behind the pubic bone, and it would be in place. With these, I have to hook my finger into the far end of it and use it to push the far end over and behind the cervix, if that makes sense. You definitely need to feel comfortable poking around up inside. Removing can also be a bit more of a struggle. But you get used to it.The ridges around the rim of the cup tend to get stuff stuck in them and are kind of annoying to clean.I have not tried these during sex. I'm sure they would work fine, but they seem like they would be more noticeably there than the Softcup - the cup of the Softcup is cellophane-thin, while these are much thicker.

Ouch!
These are way too thick in the rim and legit hurt to put in. I will not purchase again, I will stick to the disposable flex disks thanks.

Hard to remove
I got these because I had tried out the flex disposable discs and wanted to get a reusable disc that wasn’t super expensive. They work well and I like that they come in two sizes, but I found them to be harder to remove than the disposable discs. Something about how the edge is designed makes it hard to hook your finger onto and pull out, and I’ve had a couple times where I was scared it would get stuck and really had to dig it out. The thick edge also makes it somewhat difficult to insert.
