I Got It! Paperback – June 7, 2018

Like all this author's work, this book is a pure joy. What could happen between those few seconds from when a kid in the outfield calls "I got it!" and the actual catch of a fly ball. A million things go through the boy's mind and appear on the page as amazing illustrations. I love this book.

I had high hopes but the story didn’t do much for me. The story needs more words. Pictures can’t do it all.

David Wiesner’s illustrations never disappoint. This book seems to capture a childhood game of baseball in a special way. Nice!

3+6 year olds loved the story. Again and again

I got this book for a summer workshop I run for a local art studio. Sadly, it only has 2 sentences. I will not be using this book as the kids are 2 years of age. A plus, is the artwork.

Después de tener todos sus libros, esperaba más de este. A nivel de ilustraciones está genial, pero la historia en sí no me ha enganchado, ni tampoco a mis hijos. El mensaje está bien pero tiene libros mejores para mi gusto (Flotsam, los tres cerditos o sector 7).
