Good, but with one fatal flaw.
Decent. Just remember to lift the latch up before you close your door (yes, although it won't move one way it will move the other, regardless of latch being up or down).Otherwise you won't be able to get back inside your room.

No problems here
The media could not be loaded. These work just fine on my doors. All the doors have Astra 3000 self closing mechanisms so it's nice to have a way to keep the doors open when needed. No real problems considering the simple design and there are just a few caveats. The operation on my doors, over carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring is fine. Installation is easy enough if you pre-drill and a install the two bottom screws then do the top one last. You'll need to hold the door stop out at 90 degrees to get a screwdriver to align correctly with the top screw. As for the operation, there are a few reviews that highlight the stop doesn't retract correctly when the release is pressed. I've found that to be related to how I push the switch. If my foot catches the stop on the way up it can cause it to remain half closed. I just make sure that I angle my foot downwards so the stop retracts past horizontal. In reality, if it does stop, I just give it a flick with my foot. Not a major issue.
