Gets dirty fast
This backpack is very durable and comfortable though I should not have chosen the white one.

It rips super easy
The water bottle pocket in the side ripped within the first week and I’ve never put anything in it.

Product has torn one month after purchasing
This bookbag esthetically has not held up one full month after school started. This bag has 3 torn places. 2 of them are the side pockets, they have completely blown out & it is a spot rarely used. The other is the back strap, its beginning to unravel.Very displeased with this product and will be requesting a refund .

School started August 16, 2021, backpack broke during school (embarrassing by the way) September 7, 2021. That's 15 business days and pitiful. Based on the reviews, we weren't the only ones to have that problem either.
