Can see well enough while cutting. I'm not blinded after ~20 cuts, so I guess the glasses work.

Very dark
My eyes are very sensitive to light. These block out a alot of light. I wear these as sunglasses and get compliments on them all the time. Also they dubble as safety glasses would recommend

Great for sitting in front of a heat lamp.
I sit in front of a heat lamp in winter, in order to get the possible health benefits of near infrared radiation. [See Medcram's Youtube videos on sunlight]. The heat lamp is so bright that it fries my eye sockets and melts my brain cone. These Hobart 770726 Shade 5 Mirrored Lens Safety Glasses are awesome for my needs, as they are dark enough to pretty much eliminate any glare from the heat lamp. They aren't spendy and fit great. A+.

comfy, handy plasma glasses
Comfier than I expected, fit my face well but thats luck of the draw buying glasses online. Shade is dark and good for plasma. I keep them in a pouch zip tied to the machine for easy access this is all i use them for
