FlightAware ADS-B Ultimate System - Pro Stick Plus + Raspberry + 1090MHz Antenna + 25 Foot Cable

Very easy to set up - attach a keyboard, monitor and mouse, connect everything and you are good to go. The computer will boot without these so you just need them for the initial setup.A lot of fun to see what is overhead. I am picking up aircraft from over 200 miles away. Uploading to a common database is great as you get more accurate position information.Really high quality antenna - all stainless steel and fiberglass. Very happy.

Setup and registration are simple. The extra temp sensor was a bit tricky for me, but it's been up and running transmitting my stations data for about 2 weeks. Working quite well and seems accurate when compared with online data.

If you have the dough, spend it for this easy plug and play. It was shipped from a private radio shop in California. I had an issue with the USB ports not working and contacted the seller via the Amazon website. I received a new Raspberry the next day. This works and is easy to set up. Up and running since Sept.

It works as advertised. You can surely buy all the components separately and cheaper but you would have to load the software onto the SD card.

PI was bricked on arrival, powers on and boots to pic of 4 rasberries but nothing else - request to seller for next steps and was pointed at FlightAware customer support. Will attempt to recover with a new SD card and image but dont have that readily available. If that doesn't work, will return to amazon.

Easy as pi to setup and runs flawlessly...

I won this kit in a ham club raffle. The setup was a breeze compared to my Flightradar24 receiver. My only complaint is the coax supplied it very stiff and unforgiving. I have mine setup in my attic because of my HOA and I am picking up planes 250+ nm away. The quality of the parts is very good but I am sure you could put it together cheaper but still not a bad price if you want a turnkey system.
