The quality is great, the sound is good
I purchased this kit as well as another bell for another door in our house. The quality is great, the sound is good, and it's effective. Only took a very short time to teach the pups what is was for and how to nudge the bells and now it's on!! Now if I can only get them to ring specifically potty and not to go out play!! It constantly sounds like Santa is the vicinity!

Nice bells
This looks neat hanging on my door wall...height from floor is adequate for a small-medium size 8 week old puppy to reach....mine has to stand on his hind legs. Bells could be a little louder but overall, satisfied with purchase.

Just right!
Perfect for my Maltipoo puppy. Had jingle bell style potty bell that was hard for him to reach and his tiny claw got stuck in a slit in the bell and it scared him. These bells are much longer, bottom one almost touches the floor, so he does not have to stretch to reach the bell and I do not have to worry he will catch a claw in these bells. To top it off, these bells make a much more pleasant sound than the jingle bells. Very satisfied, will be buying another for my parents house.

Not Very Loud
I purchased this product to alert us when my dad tries to go outside. He has dementia and forgets he shouldn’t go out without me. I can hear it fine, but my mom can’t hear it from upstairs, which is the point . I would not call it “loud,” as advertised. The bells are not heavy. I will now purchase sleigh bells. I’ll try to train my little dog to use it as it’s intended, but the fact remains, my mom can’t hear it. It may work fine for younger people with better hearing who don’t need loud clanging bells.

Not loud enough.
We got these for our dog, but they are hardly loud enough to hear from across the room. They are, however, well made and would serve their purpose when doubled up or with larger bells.

NOT loud.
Pros: Although the straps are a little ugly, they are made of heavy duty high durability webbing. The bells are made of very thin lightweight metal. If you are into professional door racing and you need durability and minimal weight, these might just be the bells you were looking for.Cons: However, if you want bells that ring... These don't really make any noise. They are not completely silent, they make enough noise to be heard if you are in the room, maybe sitting in a chair near the door. But if you are somewhere else in your home, you can't really hear them. I was going to upload an audio recording of what the bells sound like, but my roommate was listening to his headphones in the other room so the gentle tiny bell tinkles just blended in with Dr. Dre.

Dogs learn to use bells easily for housetraining
This was our second purchase of these bells. We bought a second set to take on vacations with us. Our dog easily learned to use the bells and we’ve found it is easy to take with us. This has made it very easy to train our dog to let us know when she wants in or out.

I LOVE THESE BELLS!!
I had gotten a puppy back in October, and couldn't figure out how I was ever going to know that she had to go outside. I tried to get her to bark, and then got these bells. I hung them on the door I always take her outside to. I cannot let her go out EVER on her own, as we have an open backyard...plus Coyotes in the area. So...I hoped she would get the idea, but mostly she just pulled on them to play. I was so EXCITED after about 2 months when I heard this little bell and I looked over and she was sitting by the door...and wanted to go outside. She has not had an accident in the house and honestly I LOVE THESE BELLS!!
