No Show Socks, Perfectday Quality Cotton Socks, 3 Pack

These socks are impressively good quality. The material is thick, but has very good stretch and is very breathable. The color is a good solid true black and washes well (in the washer on warm and dried in the dryer with the rest of my laundry) without any bleeding or fading. They fit well. I am a size women’s 10 and my husband wears a size mens 11 shoes and we can both comfortably fit these socks. I am also very impressed with the added detail of a three strips of grippy no-slip material on the inside of the socks, located just above the back of the heel. I hate it when low-cut socks roll, bunch or slip down into the shoe and those little grippy stripes do a fantastic job of preventing that from happening. I attempted to copy the idea with puff paint in some of my other low-cut socks and the puff paint always cracks and becomes scratchy after a few washes. The stuff in these socks has held up beautifully though and still does its job well. Such a small detail makes a huge difference for the comfort and quality involved. All-in-all, I’d definitely recommend these socks. Really, my only complaint is how incredibly over-packaged they are when they arrive: Each pair of socks is stretched over a piece of cardstock then has a tag folded over one end before being held together with plastic tabs, wrapped in a plastic bag then boxed for shipping. That’s a lot of trash generated for three pairs of socks.FYI: I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I originally bought these as an alternative to crew socks for my boyfriend and thought he might try the switch to ankle at least sometimes since these have a nice grip inside to keep them from slipping. Unfortunately for him, he still would not try because apparently he just really hates the feel of ankle cut. I, however, love them (good thing I saw this coming and ordered a small anyway, it was the thought of offering to let him try them that counts here, right?). These are awesome socks. I have a pair of boots that come above the ankle some, and have a little bit of a heel. I had an occasion yesterday I wanted to wear them to, but I have tried regular ankle socks and foot covers with and without a grip before and they have all ended up halfway under my foot within an hour if not less. I tried these socks with them yesterday. They were a little thicker but I still got the zipper up and after that, I did not even feel them on. No moving around, no uncomfortable sock bunching under the middle of my foot, even as I slid the now tight fitting boot down to take it off these socks stayed in place. I went on a morning walk for a few hours this morning wearing these socks and they stayed in place the whole time. These are also individually tagged inside the package in case you wanted to give any away, of course mine are not going anywhere, they are already tagged like if you bought a single from the store. I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest thoughts and review after trying it out.

These socks are fantastic. I have unusually small Hobbit feet (men's 7.5) and these socks fit really nicely. The heels do not slip off like other "one size fits all (or none)" socks. The only downside is that the top of the sock covers most of the top of your foot, so if you're wearing a shoe that is pretty open on top, you may see the socks showing. I bought one pack at first to be sure they fit well and have gone back in and bought a second pair. Highly recommend.

These are the perfect summer socks for athletic shoes and loafers. I wear a women's size 10.5 shoe (41), and the size small fits me perfectly. These are the only low cut socks I've ever worn that don't ride down the back of my heel. They're thin enough to slip into my summer shoes, but not so thin that I worry about putting holes in them before their time. And they're much more comfortable than wearing shoes without socks. I'll be ordering more.12/9/16 Update ... multiple washes and these are still my fav socks for looking "barefoot" in shoes. I just got done wearing them in a pair of walking shoes all day at a theme park. I didn't look like a dork in socks and shorts, I didn't have to stop once to pull up my socks, and didn't get blisters, either! Win!

I love these - they are thicker than the $12 ones I bought here and have less of a tendency to slip off my heal. I like that they are 90% cotton and they do show slightly when wearing boat shoes but not other shoes.I have just bought my 3rd set of 3 pairs and highly recommend these!Update: July 1, 2017 I have bought 3 of these sets of No Show socks for $7.99, $8,99 & $8.99 back in 2016. I went back to buy another 3 pack (the dryer must be eating these as I cannot find more than 4 pairs) but the seller has increased the price now to $19.99! So I am reducing it from 5 to 2 stars. I do not think that these are worth $19.99.This is a HUGE increase - so Angela's Lamp has lost a good customer.

According to my order history, I have purchased these 3-pack socks 6 times. That is a total of 18 socks. Honestly, I probably have around 9 pairs left. I only kept buying them because I did not want mismatch socks. The truth is these socks do not last long. They rip within months. I am actually wearing a pair right now as I am typing this review where my left big toe is sticking through a hole. This is a fair review. They are nice socks but do not expect them to last long.

These fit great, don't see them when I wear shoes, and keep me from getting blisters. HOWEVER, don't expect to wash/dry them. In the dryer, even on low, the plastic that is inside the sock on the heal (to keep the heal from slipping down) comes off and gets all over other clothes and the dryer. Took me so long to scrap it off and ruined a few shirts. Wouldn't buy again and after wearing them, had to throw them out.
