I previously used metal two piece fasteners instead of these plastic ones and had boxes full of papers filed this way. I generally prefer to use these types of fasteners as they are fairly easy to use and are more compact than a folder and less flimsy than just a staple. However, upon looking back through some of the older documents I noticed that a few the metal pieces have rusted and have left marks on the paper. So instead I've replaced as many of them with these plastic ones as I can and instead use plastic ones for new documents as well.While not as strong as metal ones, these plastic clips are durable enough and definitely do the job well. These come in various colours as well which could be useful if you choose to differentiate your files and they give you a set of 50 which is a decent value.

Quality.......just the job

I like the amount given. I have a lot of paperwork that I'm constantly adding to. For me, this is better than a bulky folder. Less weight and easier to put in a filing cabinet

The first two packs I ordered were fine but in the most recent pack, many of them have split or snapped immediately when put to use. I have requested a refund but cannot send back the product as some have been used in books for students. I have photos and would appreciate a replacement or details of how to refund. Thanks
