It has a measuring range low enough to check hardwood floors (5) and high enough to evaluate wet lumber (65), plus a bright, digital display readable even in dark spaces. Meter features 40 settings for wood species corrections and a chart for domestic and tropical wood species, including bamboo. A reference scale for non-wood building materials, such as drywall and plaster, is included. Connections for external cables and electrodes are sold separately.
