Missing pieces
I ordered this product before and I had no issues with it and it was very well made and I was very satisfied with it. I was so satisfied that I went to order another one, that one wasn’t as easy of a process. I was missing over half the pieces and when I went to contact the company it took 16 emails back and forth having to explain what happened before they finally gave me a refund. Product is nice but be prepared if you don’t get all of your pieces like I did.

Nice quality material and craftsmanship!
Product looks absolutely amazing in person. Assembly is super easy and did not take more than 5 minutes. Very pleased with how it came out and the detail of the raids, barriers and structure supports.
