Do not get discouraged by a lot of reviews talking about these upsetting their stomach. You’re taking trace minerals so to minimize this take them with food. I find that I wake up more clear, headed and energized. Great bonus for those with gray hair. I have noticed my hairline grays are starting to come in dark at the root. My husband noticed it as well. There is nothing else that I’m doing other than started adding These minerals about a month and a half ago. Just ordered my second bottle can’t be without.

I'm very satisfied with this supplement so far. I've been taking it for about a week.I have a tendency toward nausea and was concerned about reports of vomiting, but I am careful to only take it halfway through a full meal and have not had any problem.I had a very difficult pregnancy a couple years ago that I think might have been due to some nutritional deficiencies. I'm adding this supplement in as part of my pregnancy preparation. Hopefully things will be better next time. I probably won't know for sure till then, but it's easy to take.

I take these for what's in them, and I started them a month before my knee surgery where they had to saw off and bolt down a section of my shin. It's major bone breakage, and I had a hard time after getting the first one done, so wanted to be more nutritionally prepared this time around.I'm 1 month post-op, and my knee/leg is healing WAY ahead of schedule, and I was able to get off painkillers entirely after only two weeks. I feel the addition of this supplement really did help with my bone and other healing.The only drawback is that these are REALLY hard to take. They upset my stomach something terrible, causing an hour or more of nausea every time. I actually ended up vomiting every time I tried to take them on a light or empty stomach, or before eating. After taking them with my biggest meal of the day did not solve the problem, I have begun taking this right before bed. No noticing the nausea while I'm asleep!So, these can be very difficult to tolerate, but they are very much worth it if you can keep them down. I wish there were some way to buffer them to reduce the nausea. Any ideas?

For some reason this makes me very sick not sure why. I left four stars because I could not review it.

My nails grow so fast when taking this it's something I will NOT love without taking daily! This and grass fed beef liver (ancestral brand) are truly live changing! Trust me, get these it's unreal how much we are missing these necessary minerals.

Update : 6-13-2016I returned this product because I believe it is made with inferior ingredients laced or contaminated with toxic chemicsls.This is just the preliminary review 6-3-2016.I got the bottle on 6-1 and took one cap. at dinner time by opening the capsule and putting the powder mixture on my rice dish. I did not have any problems. On 6-2 night I took the whole capsule and in about half an hour later I had some uneasiness in stomach! I had to use toilet in another half an hour! Today this AM I had a diarrhea ! I did not drink my smoothie or eat my breakfast as my stomach did not feel comfortable. Now in the PM, I am skipping my lunch as I still feel uneasy in my stomach! I shall wait a few days to update the review as I think I should know more by then.

I have been a big fan of using trace minerals for years. I couldnt seem to find a brand that had everything I was looking, which is why I turned to Seeking Health. I love Dr. Ben Lynch and every thing the company stands for and have many of their products.Unfortunately, I have had the same issues like many of the reviewers. Everytime I take my Trace Minerals, I feel sick, even if I've had something to eat. (This has been an issue in the past with other supplements, but this one starts as a burning sensation in my gut and is much stronger of a sensation). As I was trying hard not to upchuck my lunch, I googled to see if anyone else had these issues.. and sadly google directly led me to the reviews section here. Like many others, I take this one every few days or so, because of the fact, I dont want to run the risk of throwing up and feeling unwell to return to work. Hopefully Seeking Health can give us an alternative. Its a great products if you have a strong stomach, but most of us are working to repair our Gut and are super sensitive. Sadly, the cons outweigh the pros on this one.

I was recently diagnosed with sub-clinical hypothyroidism and was looking for a supplement that had all the "must have" thyroid supplements in the recommended amounts (i.e. zinc, selenium and iodine). SeekingHealth Trace Mineral Complex was the only supplement that I found which contained all three elements in the recommended daily amounts. I've been taking the Trace Mineral Complex for the past 3 months and have noticed a change in my energy level. It was a gradual change which I attribute to the Trace Mineral Complex. Ever since my thyroid function started changing a year ago, I also noticed that I was getting a lot more canker sores (at least two a month), indicating my immune system wasn't as strong as it used to be. Since taking the Trace Mineral Complex, I've only had one canker sore in the past 3 months. While I don't pretend to know if Trace Mineral Complex directly caused this change, I definitely notice a correlation of health improvements since taking it.
